2. Services

We provide waste removal and clearance services across London, including but not limited to:

  • Household rubbish removal
  • Office and commercial clearance
  • Furniture and bulky waste removal
  • Garden and construction waste clearance

We operate as a licensed waste carrier and aim to recycle or dispose of waste responsibly.

3. Bookings and Cancellations

  • Bookings can be made online, by phone, or via email
  • Same-day bookings are subject to availability
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee
  • No-show appointments may be charged in full

4. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are based on load size, weight, waste type, and disposal costs
  • Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed
  • Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of booking

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

  • Accurately describe the waste at the time of booking
  • Ensure safe and legal access to the property
  • Clearly identify all items for removal
  • Remove any personal or valuable items before collection

We are not responsible for items removed unintentionally where instructions were unclear.

6. Prohibited Waste

We reserve the right to refuse removal of hazardous or restricted waste, including:

  • Asbestos
  • Chemicals and solvents
  • Medical or biological waste
  • Explosives or flammable materials

Any undisclosed prohibited waste may result in service refusal or additional charges.

7. Damage and Liability

We take reasonable care when carrying out our services. However:

  • We are not liable for pre-existing damage
  • We are not responsible for damage caused by structural weaknesses or restricted access
  • Any claims must be reported immediately on the day of service

8. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services at our discretion where safety, legality, or payment issues arise.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
